These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website sentinelfa.co.zm (the "Website") and any services, programmes, or content offered by Sentinel Football Academy ("Sentinel FA", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Website, or by enrolling a player in our academy, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our services.

1. Eligibility & Acceptance

You must be at least 18 years old to enter into these Terms on your own behalf. Where a player is under 18, these Terms must be accepted by a parent or legal guardian, who shall be responsible for compliance on the player's behalf.

3. Academy Enrolment & Participation

• All enrolments are subject to availability and acceptance by Sentinel FA

• Players must comply with academy rules, codes of conduct, and coaching instructions
• Sentinel FA reserves the right to suspend or terminate a player's participation for serious or repeated breaches of conduct

4. Fees & Payments

Where enrolment fees, kit fees, or other charges apply, these will be communicated in advance. Fees are payable according to the schedule agreed at enrolment. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable once a programme has commenced, except at the discretion of Sentinel FA.

5. Photos, Video & Media Consent

From time to time we may take photographs or videos during training, matches, or academy events for use on our Website, social media, and promotional materials. For players under 18, this use is subject to parental/guardian consent obtained at enrolment. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by contacting us in writing.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including text, logos, crests, graphics, photographs, videos, and layout — is the property of Sentinel FA or its licensors (including Simmons Multimedia for design and code) and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
